Going raw vegan gives you opportunities to become creative with your ingredients! Here is a tasty treat you may never have considered – combining apple juice with avocado. Not only is this a tasty drink, but it is also a wonderful raw vegan protein source and full of other nutrients.

Ingredients

8 ounces organic apple juice

1 avocado

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and creamy. This is not only a delicious and nutritious smoothie, but as I said, a wonderful source of protein. ENJOY!
