A Guide to a Day on the Hallelujah Diet

A typical day could look something like this.

Breakfast

First thing in the morning — BarleyMax (powder or capsules)

You want to eat something easy to digest like:

  • Green smoothie with 2 Tbsp. almonds and 2 Tbsp flax
  • Fruit
  • Organic whole grain cereal
  • Oatmeal with rice mile or almond milk.

If you eat cooked food now, try to eat mostly raw for the rest of the day.

Mid-Morning Snack

16 oz glass of freshly extracted vegetable juice (2/3 carrots, 1/3 greens). You might prefer splitting with 8 oz in the morning and 8oz in the afternoon.

If you don’t have a juicer, try a serving of TrioMax or blend one serving each of CarrotJuiceMax and BarleyMax

30 minutes after, use Fiber Cleanse (first 60 to 90 days of The Hallelujah Diet), B-Flax-D, or freshly ground flax seed.

Lunch

  • 8-12 oz. of raw veggies
  • chopped or blended salad, pita pocket, veggie sandwich
  • ¼ cup of raw tree nuts or seeds (could be made into a dressing) with Vegenaise Avocado (½ or whole)

If you eat cooked food now, try to eat mostly raw for the rest of the day.

Mid-Afternoon Snack

  • ¼ cup of raw nuts or seeds, maybe with a ½ oz of dried fruit
  • 8 oz glass of freshly extracted vegetable juice (2/3 carrots, 1/3 greens)
  • A serving of TrioMax or blend one serving each of CarrotJuiceMax and BarleyMax
  • Fresh fruit (keep fruit to 15% of your daily intake)
  • Green smoothie
  • Broccoli or celery sticks with almond butter
  • Invent your own (try to keep snacks raw)

Dinner

  • Large salad chopped or blended salad
  • Avocado (½ or whole)
  • ⅛ to ¼ cup of raw tree nuts or seeds
  • Dinner-sized portion of cooked all-plant food (300-500 calories) (includes organic whole grains, legumes, cooked vegetables, spices, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.)

Evening Snack

1 piece of fresh fruit

Here is a typical breakdown of the example diet above:

(2,260 calories, 80% raw, 65 grams protein, 98 grams fat, 314 grams carbohydrates (76 grams fiber))
Meets or exceeds the Recommended Daily Intake of almost all vitamins and minerals.

Children need a 50/50 ratio of raw to cooked foods throughout the day and may need more frequent meals.
