A typical day could look something like this.
Breakfast
First thing in the morning — BarleyMax (powder or capsules)
You want to eat something easy to digest like:
- Green smoothie with 2 Tbsp. almonds and 2 Tbsp flax
- Fruit
- Organic whole grain cereal
- Oatmeal with rice mile or almond milk.
If you eat cooked food now, try to eat mostly raw for the rest of the day.
Mid-Morning Snack
16 oz glass of freshly extracted vegetable juice (2/3 carrots, 1/3 greens). You might prefer splitting with 8 oz in the morning and 8oz in the afternoon.
If you don’t have a juicer, try a serving of TrioMax or blend one serving each of CarrotJuiceMax and BarleyMax
30 minutes after, use Fiber Cleanse (first 60 to 90 days of The Hallelujah Diet), B-Flax-D, or freshly ground flax seed.
Lunch
- 8-12 oz. of raw veggies
- chopped or blended salad, pita pocket, veggie sandwich
- ¼ cup of raw tree nuts or seeds (could be made into a dressing) with Vegenaise Avocado (½ or whole)
If you eat cooked food now, try to eat mostly raw for the rest of the day.
Mid-Afternoon Snack

Here is a typical breakdown of the example diet above:
(2,260 calories, 80% raw, 65 grams protein, 98 grams fat, 314 grams carbohydrates (76 grams fiber))
