The PALE KALE GREEN SMOOTHIE recipe below was sent in by Sari, who lives in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Packed with tons of fruits and vegetables, this is one of our favorite nutrient rich vegan meals. It works great as a raw fruit and veggie cleanse.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of washed kale
1 orange (peeled)
1 lemon (peeled)
1 banana (peeled)
1 cup green grapes
1 pear
1/4" ginger or to taste (peeled)
1 cup distilled water
Directions
