Banana Toast

Toast with bananas, almonds, and cinnamon offers a delightful blend of textures, flavors, and nourishing ingredients. Bananas are a great source of potassium, vitamin C, and fiber, while almonds are packed with healthy fats, protein, vitamin E, and essential minerals. This is a simple yet luxurious treat that can be enjoyed at any time of the day, whether as a quick breakfast, a satisfying snack, or a light dessert. 

Ingredients:
2 slices of homemade fruit bread or bread of your choice
1 banana
10 chopped almonds
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Toast one or both sides of the bread. 
  2. Peel and mash the banana, and spread over bread. 
  3. Sprinkle chopped almonds over the banan, and then dust with cinnamon. 
  4. Place under the grill to warm the toast.
