spinach
broccoli
cucumber
carrots
red/green/yellow/orange peppers
blueberries
strawberries
cauliflower
grapes
tomatoes
corn
sunflower seeds
wheat germ
celery
raisins
chopped almonds
beets
swiss chard
raspberries
blackberries
string beans
zucchini

Directions

1. First wash everything, then chop up what has to be chopped, and rip up/off what has to be ripped.
2. Now add everything into a large bowl and your all set to add whatever dressing you like.
