With a little creativity and the right combination of ingredients, salads can be transformed into exciting, delicious, and satisfying meals. This unique salad combination demonstrates just how versatile and flavorful salads can be when you mix and match different ingredients, flavors, and textures.

Ingredients

  • (use whatever amount you would like, to suit your taste):
  • Every type of lettuce you like
  • Spinach
  • Broccoli
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Red/green/yellow/orange peppers
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Cauliflower
  • Grapes
  • Tomatoes
  • Corn
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Wheat germ
  • Celery
  • Raisins
  • Chopped almonds
  • Beets
  • Swiss chard
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • String beans
  • Zucchini

Method

  1. Wash all the ingredients. Chop or rip up ingredients accordingly.
  2. Add everything into a large bowl.
  3. Add your choice of salad dressing.
