2 carrots - shredded
12 fresh basil leaves - shredded
12 fresh mint leaves - shredded
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 ½ Tbsp. shoyu (optional)
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
¼ cup cashews
