Are you ready for the chill in the air and the flavors of fall to go with it? Then this delicious smoothie treat is just for you. Enjoy this bounty of health with this nutrient dense drink.

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic pumpkin, canned or fresh baked
1 small or 1/2 large Granny Smith apple
1 scoop HD Essential Protein powder (Sweet Vanilla works best for this recipe)
1 teaspoons pure vanilla (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon, or more to taste
1 tsp turmeric (or open a couple capsules of Hallelujah Diet Bio Curcurmin for added nutrition.)
Handful of greens "“ baby kale, spinach, collard, Swiss chard
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp BarleyMax original flavor for added nutrition (optional)
Milk as desired for consistency "“ Coconut, almond, cashew, etc.

Directions

1. Mix in blender until smooth, add milk until desired consistency.
2. Add a few ice cubes if you like it cold.
