Ingredients:

1-2 frozen bananas (peeled & sliced before freezing)

1-tablespoon raw almond butter

2-tablespoons freshly ground flax seed

1-cup rice milk

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth, using more or less rice milk to reach desired consistency." ENJOY!
