This week's recipe is from Julie Wandling's exciting book Hallelujah Kids. Ditch the juice boxes after school and treat the kids to a delicious homemade juice. This juice uses only raw fruits and vegetables, making it a low calorie vegan recipe and great for a low sugar vegan diet. 

Ingredients

5 pounds carrots

1 small beet with greens

2 large kale or collard green leaves 2 stalks celery

2 apples

Directions

Prepare ingredients and juice. Serves 6. ENJOY!
