Just cut up some vegetables and put them on a plate. Last evening I peeled and quartered a cucumber, shelled about a dozen macadamia nuts, and halved about a dozen cherry tomatoes. It was very satisfying, and clean-up was a breeze!

You can also use raw corn on the cob, strips of sweet potato, kohlrabi, summer squash, carrots, red pepper, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, raw almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.

raw almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.

1. Cut up ingredient choices
2. Put them on a plate! ...and clean up is a breeze.
