Developed by Kim Wilson for her best-selling recipe book Everyday Wholesome Eating In The Raw, this recipe goes great with her Raw Nut Loaf!
Ingredients
8 sun-dried tomato halves
1 fresh tomato
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
5 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp unrefined sea salt
1/4 red onion
1 tsp dehydrated minced onion
1/2 tsp basil
1/8 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
2. Place soak water, dates and nuts into a blender. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
