Zesty Cabbage Slaw

Surprise your family and guests with a delightful twist on traditional slaw! Rhonda's recipe is not only great tasting, it's health-promoting and contains no animal products or processed ingredients.


1 small red or green cabbage (cored and shredded)
2 celery stalks (preferably from the heart sliced into thin u"™s)
2 medium carrots (shredded)
2 small red onions (minced)
3 radishes (sliced thin)
1 red pepper (cored, seeded, and diced fine)
Slaw Dressing
2 Tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper


1. Prepare slaw ingredients and mix well.
2. Combine slaw dressing ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour dressing over slaw, toss to combine, and serve.
