2 celery stalks (preferably from the heart sliced into thin u"™s)
2 medium carrots (shredded)
2 small red onions (minced)
3 radishes (sliced thin)
1 red pepper (cored, seeded, and diced fine)
2 Tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp fresh lime juice
¼ tsp minced garlic
¼ tsp Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2. Combine slaw dressing ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour dressing over slaw, toss to combine, and serve.
