Ingredients
Cauliflower (white)
Celery (green)
Carrots (orange)
Sweet bell pepper (red)
Cucumber (light green)
Directions
Place each ingredient in a separate bowl and each family member builds their own salad layer by layer. The object is to make the food on the plate pleasing to the eye. At our house, the salad has eating rules. If there are 5 colors in the salad, I tell my kids they have to eat 4 of the 5. Add your favorite dressing and ENJOY!
