Sushi is the ultimate appetizer — fun to eat, tasty, and good for you, too... if you do it the Hallelujah way, that is! And you don't have to go to a sushi bar to get it. Try this recipe at your next dinner party (or even for dinner tonight)!
Hallelujah Tip: To wash your rolling mat, scrub with a brush and a touch of detergent. Let it air dry.
For each piece of nori, you can make 8 individual neat pieces and 2 end pieces. Sometimes the end pieces look decorative and pretty. Other times they look messy. Once you get the hang of rolling sushi, it is very easy to make it look neat and pretty. So practice before the big bash. You want to WOW everyone with your beautiful creations.
