Ingredients
1 large, red bell pepper, seeded and quartered
1 Roma tomato, quartered
¼ small, sweet onion (or to taste)
1 to 2 garlic cloves, peeled
1 Tbsp. organic, extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup fresh cilantro
Juice from ½ lime, freshly extracted
¼ tsp ground cumin seeds
1 tsp. unrefined sea salt (optional)
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
½ avocado, peeled. pitted and diced for garnish
