Looking to make salads filling vegan meals? For extra flavor, crunch and protein, sprinkle the following over your raw veggie salad:
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 cups distilled water
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
Dissolve salt into distilled water. Soak sunflower seeds in the salt water overnight, rinse, and then dehydrate thoroughly at 105 degrees. ENJOY!
