No Bean Raw Hummus

Love hummus but want to try a new twist on this classic dip? Our no-bean raw hummus is just what you need! Made with zucchini, tahini, lemon juice, and flavorful herbs and spices, this hummus is just as creamy and delicious as traditional hummus, but without the beans. It's a perfect snack or appetizer that's packed with high protein raw foods, healthy fats, and fiber, making it a great option for those following a vegan or raw diet plan. Plus, it's quick and easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 medium Zucchinis

2-5 cloves Garlic (according to taste)

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

3/4 cups brown Sesame Seeds (unhulled)

3/4 cup Tahini

Garnish with Parsley

Directions:

Blend first seven ingredients in processor until smooth. Add Sesame Seeds and Tahini and blend. This recipe is fantastic for dipping slices of pita or Ezekiel bread! ENJOY!
