Ingredients:
2 medium Zucchinis2-5 cloves Garlic (according to taste)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
3/4 cups brown Sesame Seeds (unhulled)
3/4 cup Tahini
Garnish with Parsley
Directions:
Blend first seven ingredients in processor until smooth. Add Sesame Seeds and Tahini and blend. This recipe is fantastic for dipping slices of pita or Ezekiel bread!
