Ingredients:
10 cups water3/4 bunch of celery (include leaves), finely chopped
1 large vidalia onion, diced
10 large mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cooked fettuccine pasta
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp mace
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Cayenne or white pepper to taste*
Directions:
- Saute onion in olive oil.
- Bring water to boil.
- Add onion, celery, mushrooms to the boiling water.
- Add celery salt, sage, mace, and Celtic Sea Salt.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and pepper.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
