Ingredients
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 4-5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 or more potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup of frozen or fresh peas
- 3-4 stalks of celery, cut into chunks
- Seasoning to taste with herbs
- Celtic sea salt
- 1 Bay leaf
Method
- Place everything in a crock pot and cover with water.
