Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 4-5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 or more potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh peas
  • 3-4 stalks of celery, cut into chunks
  • Seasoning to taste with herbs
  • Celtic sea salt
  • 1 Bay leaf

Method

  1. Place everything in a crock pot and cover with water.
  2. Cook on low for at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
