This is a thick, hearty soup. From this basic recipe you can also add distilled water to make tomato juice. Be creative and ENJOY!
1 stalk celery
1 fresh basil leaf
1 inch of fresh oregano leaves on stem
1 garlic/chive spike
2. Push all ingredients in to the blades with the plunger.
3. Turn on high until all ingredients are thoroughly pulverized
4. Pour into mugs and serve.
5. Options: You can add finely chopped sweet onion and red pepper to the soup after it is removed from the blender.
