Looking for raw salad ideas? Look no further - this is one of the easiest salad combinations and you probably have these ingredients handy in your kitchen! 

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
1 cup leaf lettuce
1 cup Swiss chard or other greens of choice
1 large Granny Smith apple
Poppy Seed Dressing

 

Directions:

  1. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces. 
  2. Peel and dice apple into small pieces. 
  3. Mix well. 
  4. Top with Poppy Seed Dressing.
