Ingredients:
Bottle of Organic Tomato Juce
Onion (chopped)
Tomato (chopped)
Avocado
Cilantro
Jalapeños (optional)
Radishes (optional)
Directions:
Use a bottle of organic tomato juice. Add chopped onion, tomato, lots of avocado, cilantro, (jalapeños* if you like it hot). I have also added radishes. A wonderful Mexican raw soup!
* Note: Hot jalapeño peppers can damage the mucous membranes and the lining of the stomach.
