A simple, healthy lunch!


1 avocado, mashed
diced tomatoes
romaine lettuce
chopped celery
sliced cucumber
shredded carrots
fresh lemon juice, or unrefined sea salt (or your favorite dressing)


1. Spread pita bread with mashed avocado and stuff with your favorite fresh veggies.
2. Add lemon juice, unrefined sea salt, or your favorite healthy salad dressing.
