Green Bean Salad

Green Bean Salad

Cooked foods can be very comforting. They can be soft to chew, and impart a nice flavor that is different from raw foods. Mixing a serving of baked potato, kidney beans, green beans, or your favorite cooked vegetable into your salad, or with your salad adds variety. George Malkmus added 15% cooked plant foods to the Hallelujah Diet because they taste good, they can be extremely healthy, and can help us stay faithful to a vegan diet.
