Fresh Mint Smoothie

This simple and delightful smoothie is a great recipe to wake up you and your tastebuds in the morning. The smell of fresh mint leaves will surely brighten up any morning.

¾ cup water
Small tangerine or ½ orange, seeds removed
2 -3 Tbs. fresh mint leaves
1 celery rib
½ cucumber
1 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil
1 tsp. BarleyMax original
5 ice cubes
½ of a frozen banana


1. Blend all but the ice cubes and the banana in a blender until smooth
2. Add 5 ice cubes and ½ of a frozen banana and blend again.
3. Enjoy this great morning pick-me-up
