Ingredients
2 celery ribs, finely chopped
4 carrots, finely chopped
¼ cup onion, minced (optional)
1 ½ cups tomatoes, diced
½ red pepper, chopped
1 cup distilled water
1 tsp flax oil
1 Tbsp. flax seeds, finely ground
1/8 tsp. unrefined salt
3 cups spinach
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
½ red bell pepper, stem removed
1 celery rib, chopped
Directions
2. Process the remaining ingredients in a blender: 1 cup distilled water, 1 tsp flax oil, 1 Tbsp. flax seeds, finely ground, 1/8 tsp. unrefined salt, 3 cups spinach, 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, ½ red bell pepper, stem removed, and 1 celery rib, chopped
3. Pour blender mixture over chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
4. Stir together and serve.
