Here at Hallelujah Diet we believe in vegan meals made easy. Today, we're delighted to share a refreshing recipe: Fennel Salad with Lemon. This raw, vegan vegetable salad has only three ingredients, yet plenty of flavor and freshness. Take a bite and be transported to a sunny town in Italy!
Ingredients:
3 fennel or anise bulbs chopped into small chunks
Juice of 2 lemons
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Mix ingredients and enjoy! This is a favorite in with my in-laws who enjoyed a similar salad in Italy.
