This dip is sort of like guacamole full of fresh creamy spinach. It is so absolutely delicious, you may want to make 2 recipes at a time and save a jar full in the refrigerator. Avocados contain minerals such as copper, magnesium and potassium as well as the nutrient lutein for eye support.
Ingredients
1 large avocado, peeled and seeded
½ large red bell pepper, (stem and seeds removed), in chunks
1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
1 ½ TBSP. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. purified water
A sprinkle of unrefined salt
