We love this recipe because it's another great one for using up any leftovers or fresh veggies that you need to chop up while they are still good!
4-5 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
6 or more potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup of frozen or fresh peas
3-4 stalks of celery cut into chunks
seasoning to taste with herbs or Celtic sea salt and bay leaf
optional: add any other favorite veggies (corn, cabbage, zucchini, etc.)
