Deborah's Tropical Smoothie is one of her standout raw fruit and vegetable recipes. It's great for a healthy raw vegan breakfast or afternoon snack or lunch. Get your much-needed greens and add some tropical variety to your smoothie routine with this delicious vegan meal:

Ingredients

2 cups loose Spinach

Juice of an Orange or Tangerine

1 Kiwi (peeled)

Pineapple (several fresh or frozen chunks)

Directions

Blend all ingredients and then add 6 ounces of distilled water and blend again. Be adventurous and try different fruits and greens to find your favorite combination. It is great for a morning or afternoon snack or a raw vegan lunch. ENJOY!
