½ cup walnuts, soaked overnight and drained
2 large tomatoes
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and quartered
1 garlic clove, peeled
2 celery ribs, cut into 2" pieces
¾ cup red or sweet onion
¾ cup basil leaves, packed tight
Juice of ½ lemon
…“ tsp. ground cumin
Optional: ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt
2. Serve immediately with you favorite raw or other healthy cracker.
