Bowl of blueberries with tangerine walnut cream

Blueberries with Cream

Berries are a fabulous food choice. They are full of vitamins, minerals and disease fighting compounds. They do not have to be fresh to be healthy. They can be kept in the freezer and thawed out as needed. Every morning, you could take out a half cup of berries from the freezer, sit them on the counter top and within an hour or less, they are ready to be enjoyed.

Inspired by Rhonda’s “Blueberries & Cream” recipe in “Rhonda’s Culinary Creations” recipe book.
