You and your kids alike will love this raw vegan lunch sent to us by Julie Wandling, a very active Health Minister from Ohio. She is often a featured chef at our Culinary Academy here at Hallelujah Acres, and has written three recipe books. They are titled: Healthy 4 Him; Thank God for Raw; and Hallelujah Kids. This week's recipe is taken from her Thank God for Raw book. It is a simple recipe that would make a healthy addition, along with an organic apple, to a child's lunch box. This is one of the easiest vegan meals to make in the morning before school.
2 slices organic whole grain bread (Ezekiel 4:9:00 breads are excellent) raw unfiltered honey
raw, organic almond butter
Assemble sandwich and ENJOY!
