We can't get enough of our desserts made for vegan clean eating. Our Raw Holiday Fudge takes the cake in terms of soft, "chocolatey" goodness. Using carob instead of chocolate, we're able to achieve delicious taste, while including plenty of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that support wellness. Try this raw dessert the whole family will love:
Ingredients1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup carob powder
1/4 cup sesame seeds, ground (optional) 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, ground
1/2 cup raw almond butter
6 Medjool dates, pitted, soaked 2 hours, and drained
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts OR pecans, chopped
Place all ingredients in a food processor with S blade, and mix well. Press into a lightly oiled 8" square pan.
Chill, cut, and serve. Keeps in refrigerator covered for several days. ENJOY!
