The sweet carrots and bell peppers along with the perfect amount of onion, basil, and almond butter are pleasantly flavorful. Ingredients
…“ cup raw, organic almond butter
3 large carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 red or orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into quarters
1 medium zucchini, peeled
½ sweet, white onion
1 garlic clove, peeled
¼ inch fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
¼ cup fresh basil
1 tsp. unrefined salt (optional, or to taste)
½ tsp. paprika
