Thank you Dr. Malkmus. I have been on the Hallelujah Diet for 9 months with remarkable improvements to report.
Within several weeks of beginning the diet, I noticed that most of the back pain I had, (the result of various earlier injuries), was significantly lessened or almost gone!

My ability to read close-up is improving, making it clear that Carrot Juice is a great way to start the day. I was having air sensitivity problems with my right eye and this has gone away.

Also my knee pain (Bursitis - also from injuries) is reduced or eliminated. I gradually lost about 30lbs of excess weight and feel much better.

These are only some of the many improvements I have enjoyed as a result of ending the consumption of "SAD" foods and eating instead - fruits vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds.

Please tell me Dr. Malkmus, if you have blood type "A"? I have blood type "O" , and because of this, my very knowledgeable homeopathic doctor has cautioned that my extremely positive experience with the hacres diet, may not last without adding some meat. He explained that he has seen other patients with "O" type blood who exhibit improvements initially on a vegan diet, but then become "sick".

He is of the opinion that problems develop because persons with "O" type blood aren't getting the carnivorous diet they need genetically - specifically because we are carnivorous diet. For this reason I wondered if you have any data on blood types of people who have sent in positive or negative testimonials.

If it was learned that most of the positive testimonials are from people with "A" type blood and that "O" type blood individuals eventually have problems with the lack of any carnivorous eating, then perhaps a slightly modified version of the diet would work for "O" type individuals?

If on the other hand you observe no pattern to the blood types of successful people who stop eating meat altogether, it will disprove the theory and end the discussion. Perhaps you are familiar with some real research which has already disproves this carnivorous "O" Blood theory?

Again - I sincerely appreciate the wonderful work you are doing and thank you for the information that has improved my life so dramatically.
