"We have a Zojirushi two-blade machine in our house and haven't bought a loaf of bread in a long, long time. We make about two loaves a week for our family of four and absolutely love this recipe. It has a slightly toasty flavor and is always moist!


1 1/4 cups warm water
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)
2 - 3 tablespoons dough enhancer or vital yeast
3 teaspoons yeast
