This recipe comes from Janet Caum who writes: "Hi George, Sometimes the simplest vegan things are the best. One of my go to vegan meals is a vegan veggie sandwich for lunch every day, which generally consists of: sliced cucumbers and tomatoes on stone ground, whole grain bread. I put flaxseed oil on it and sprinkle with dried basil. It's delicious! Sometimes I add romaine or red leaf lettuce leaves. Sometimes I add other raw fruits and vegetables to the sandwich -- like green or red peppers, sweet onion, etc. I eat raw carrots along with the sandwich. Yummy! Thanks for all that you do." ENJOY!
Ingredients:
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Stone ground whole grain bread
Flaxseed oil
Dried Basil

2. Drizzle with flaxseed oil
