Enjoy this simple yet nutrient packed smoothie that is an excellent addition to your morning routine.

Ingredients

1 cup water
1 1/2 stuffed cups romaine lettuce
1/4 red bell pepper
1/2 to 1 small Clementine, tangerine,tangelo, cutie or orange
1 tablespoon almond butter
5 Ice cubes

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients but the ice cubes in a blender
2. Add Ice cubes and re-blend for a colder version.
3. Variation: Add 1 scoop Hallelujah Diet "Almost Chocolate" Protein Powder
