5 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and dried
½ cup fresh basil
2 medium zucchinis
¾ cup orange juice, freshly extracted
2 Tbsp. organic extra virgin, cold pressed olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled
¼ cup fresh thyme or 2 tsp. dried
1 Tbsp. raw, unfiltered, apple cider vinegar or Meyer lemon juice, freshly extracted
1 Tbsp. raw, unfiltered honey or other sweetener (optional)
1 Tbsp. onion flakes
¼ tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. unrefined sea salt (optional)
2. Serve immediately or heat slightly, but not until boiling.
