This raw recipe comes from Alice Lane: "As per your request I am sending you one of my favorite raw vegan salads that I make for my family when there are fresh, ripe garden tomatoes available. It makes for easy and quick vegan dinners."
Ingredients:
3 large firm ripe tomatoes (chopped)
1 green Bell pepper (chopped)
1 sweet onion (chopped)
1 teaspoons raw honey
2 tablespoons raw, organic, apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)
Directions:
Mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Serve. ENJOY!
