This bread machine recipe comes from Debbie Lakes. Debbie writes: "I made up this fun vegan recipe for my bread maker to fit our healthy lifestyle. I have now been on the Hallelujah Diet for over four years. I had colon cancer surgery in December 1997. While recovering, a neighbor loaned me 'God's Way to Ultimate Health.' I have never wavered from God's diet and have no intentions to do so. I absolutely love Rhonda's recipe book. I know I can open it to any recipe and it will be a healthy vegan meal. I made the Hawaiian Bundt Cake in Health Tip #221 and believe it's the best dessert I have had in the past four years!"
Ingredients:
12 oz water
3/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
1 tbs. grapeseed oil
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups seven-grain flour
3/4 cup unbleached flour
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature. This makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf. I use only organic ingredients. Put ingredients in the bread machine in order listed. I sometimes add sesame seeds after the first 30 minutes. ENJOY!
