This is one of our most easy vegan meals to make, with just two ingredients and a few minutes of your time. So get ready for a good vegan dinner and start roasting!
Ingredients:
cauliflower, sliced into 1/2 inch thickness
olive oil
Directions:
preheat oven to 425 degrees. slice the cauliflower. coat a mixing bowl with a teaspoon or two of olive oil (depends on how many servings of cauliflower you are making, but the idea is to use as little oil as possible). spread the cauliflower slices on a baking sheet. roast for 6 minutes, turn over slices, and roast for another 6 minutes. you want them to get just a touch of browning.
