Trying this stew will make you try it again. Our Red Mill Stew is one of our favorite hearty plant based meals. It's filled with flavorful vegetables and Red Mill Vegetable Protein, making it as healthy as it is filling. All the ingredients are affordable too, making it a perfect staple for cheap vegan protein meals. Let's get cooking!Ingredients:
1/4 bag of Red Mill Vegetable Protein
3 Tbl. of Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 Tbl. Organic Soy Margarine 4 Organic White Potatoes/quartered (or smaller)
1 Organic Sweet Onion/slivered
1 clove Organic garlic
2 Organic Carrots/chopped
Follow instructions on Red Mill bag for hydrating vegetable protein and set aside.
In skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until golden. Add onions and saute until clear. Add carrots and potatoes. When potatoes are near tender, add margarine and hydrated vegetable protein. Saute for approximately 20 minutes and ENJOY! Its wonderful and a complete meal needing only a raw veggie salad as a side.
