Red Hot Snackers

Make red hot snackers very quickly.


3 cups Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Flax Seeds
2 large Tomatoes
1/2 cup Sweet Onion
2 teaspoons Chili Pepper flakes (or to taste)
2 teaspoons Cumin (or to taste)
2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt (or to taste)


1. Blend and pour onto dehydrator trays and dehydrate till dry.
2. This is enough ingredients to make 1 recipe, which should yield approximately 4-6 trays in your dehydrator.
3. When dehydrated, they can be placed in glass mason jars or zip-lock bags and stored for a week to 10 days.
