Our Raw Salsa recipe embraces a cornucopia of raw delights, including ripe tomatoes, crisp onions, zesty garlic, and refreshing cilantro. Add a kick with Serrano or Jalapeno pepper. These carefully chosen ingredients provide the perfect balance of flavors, making this raw salsa a true culinary masterpiece.
In a medium bowl, combine:
2 large ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Serrano (or Jalapeno) pepper, minced, to taste
Celtic Sea Salt to taste
Mix well and serve. ENJOY!
