In last week's Health Tip #218 we shared a RAW NUTTY/MAPLE PIE CRUST. This week we will share some fillings for that crust. Get creative - fill this raw dessert with any of the following fruits by themselves or mixed with others. With so many different combination options, raw food can be fun, delicious, and sweeter than expected!
Ingredients:
Grapes, halved, red and/or green
Strawberries, sliced
Bananas, sliced
Kiwis, sliced
Orange sections, seeded
Pear slices
Peach slices
Blueberries
Blackberries
Raspberries
Directions:
Pile the fruit high! Refrigerate. Scoop out with large spoon, being sure to get some of the pie crust in each serving. ENJOY!
