Ingredients
8 Peaches (pealed & finely chopped)4 tablespoons Lemon Juice (or raw apple cider vinegar)
3 tablespoons raw Honey
1 teaspoon fresh Ginger (finely chopped)
1/2 Sweet Onion (minced)
1/2 mild Banana Pepper (seeded & finely chopped)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper (seeded & finely chopped)
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed
1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala (an Indian Spice)
Directions
Place everything in a food processor to make really fine. Makes one quart. I made it in the morning and let it set till supper in the refrigerator to blend flavors.
