Raw veganism can be so simple. A raw vegan meal prep for the week is a great idea to keep things manageable and easy. Sometimes we can use recipes we already made to make new recipes! Last week, we gave you our homemade mustard recipe. This week, we are going to use a half-cup of the homemade, raw mustard from last week as the base for a Raw Honey Mustard Salad Dressing.
1/2 cup raw mustard
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup raw, unfiltered, honey
1/2 cup distilled water (use more or less water to reach desired creaminess)
Blend first three ingredients in food processor with 'S' blade, adding enough water to reach desired creaminess. ENJOY
