A fresh salad is a staple for any raw food vegan diet. In this recipe, we will teach you how to make the salad and a dressing that suits it perfectly.

1 package organic baby spinach (5 ounce)
1 pint organic strawberries (hulled)
1 small sweet purple onion (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons sesame seeds (lightly toasted)
I like to put this salad together on a large platter so you can see all of the pretty colors.
3/4 cup Vegenaise (purple label)
1/4 cup sweetener (raw honey, or agave nectar, or maple syrup)
1 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons almond or rice milk
Mix dressing and serve on the side. This salad is so easy to make and one of our favorites. ENJOY
